1. Introduction and Agreement

11. Termination and Account Closure

Users may close their 8play Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in the Account (excluding bonus funds or funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their designated payment method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.

11.2 Termination by 8play

8play reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent activity; abusive behavior toward staff or other Users; suspected money laundering; underage gambling; or operation of multiple Accounts.
